Hi, this is Dan. Today we’re going to walk through the Habit Tracker in TodoHabits.com.
We’ll start from the to-do list. To get to the Habit Tracker, just click the Habit Tracker button.
Let’s add a date. Now you’ll see the habits on that date, such as humility and others.
Next, let’s add a new habit. We’ll add Walking Performance and set it up as a rating. You can choose a max rating value, for example 15, and then add it.
Back on the Habit Tracker, you’ll see Walking Performance in the list. If you want it in a different position, use Edit Habit, grab the handle, and drag it where you want it.
You can delete a habit too. Check the habit, delete it, then save the order. That saves the new habit arrangement.
Now let’s look at a simple daily routine. In the morning, you might log that you slept seven hours, then check off stretching after you wake up. If you walked two miles, you can log that too.
For habits like sit-ups, you can enter a number and you’ll notice stars on the right. Each time you log or complete something, you earn a star. If you remove an entry, the star goes away.
At night, you can track habits like reading, and you can also rate yourself on habits like humility. Even ratings still earn a star when you log them.
That’s the core of the Habit Tracker: add a habit, reorder it, delete it, add a date, and track your day with quick check-ins.
To get back to the to-do list, click the left icon and you’re back.
