Our Story

TodoHabits wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born out of love, a bit of frustration, and a simple desire to make life easier.

It all started with my wife. She's incredibly ambitious, juggling personal goals, work projects, and our family life. She wanted to build better habits, keep a daily to-do list that didn't feel overwhelming, and manage larger projects without losing track of the details. She was using three different apps, and nothing ever felt connected. Important tasks would fall through the cracks between her project planner and her daily checklist.

Seeing her struggle, I knew there had to be a better way. Why couldn't one tool do it all? Why couldn't a project milestone automatically appear on your to-do list for the day? Why couldn't your calendar events seamlessly integrate with your daily tasks?

The "Aha!" Moment: Integration is Everything

That became our guiding principle: the To-Do List should be the heart of the system. It shouldn't be a separate island of tasks. It should be the central dashboard where everything comes together.

So, we got to work. We designed the Project Manager and Event Planner to feed directly into the To-Do list. When you check off a milestone, the next one automatically becomes your current task. When you add an appointment to the Calendar, it appears on your daily list without you having to think about it. To complete the ecosystem, we added a powerful Habit Tracker to build consistency and a private Journal to capture thoughts along the way.

The result is TodoHabits. It's the tool I wanted for my wife, and it's the tool we now want to share with you. It’s built on the belief that a clear, integrated system is the key to turning big ambitions into daily, achievable actions.
