Habit Tracker

Habit Tracker

Our Habit Tracker helps you stay on top of your daily goals. It runs on both computer and mobile, so you can check your habits anywhere. It’s simple to use and focuses on keeping your progress clear.

What It Does

  • It lists all your habits, like Sleep, Stretching, and Exercise.

  • Each habit has its own type. Some are checkboxes, some are ratings, and others track numbers or time.

  • When you open the app, you see today’s habits right away.

  • You can check off habits or enter how long you did something.

How It Works

The app loads data from a small file that stores your habits and their progress.
Each habit has a style that decides how you track it:

  • Rating – For things like sleep quality or mood.

  • Checkbox – For yes-or-no habits, like “Stretching” or “Work on Project.”

  • Numeric – For counting habits, like “walk laps.”

  • Time – For tracking how long you exercised.

When you mark your habits, the app saves your results and updates the display. On mobile, it looks clean and easy to tap, so you can quickly log what you did.

Why It’s Useful

It keeps your daily goals in one place. You don’t need to remember everything — just open the tracker and update your list. You can see your routine and improve over time.Adding and Removing Habits

You can create new habits anytime. Just type the name and choose how you want to track it — checkbox, numeric, time, or rating. The new habit shows up right away on your daily list.

Over time, you might master a habit and not need to track it anymore. That’s a good thing. You can remove it from your list to make space for something new you want to work on.

Some people replace old habits with new ones every few weeks. This keeps the tracker fresh and focused on your current goals.

How many habits should you track?
It’s best to start small — around five to seven habits at a time. That’s enough to make progress without feeling overwhelmed. When one habit becomes natural, you can remove it and add a new one.

The goal is to keep improving little by little. The Habit Tracker helps you do that — one habit at a time.
