Project Manager Guide
The Project Manager helps you stay organized. It connects with your To-Do List and Calendar, so everything you need to do shows up in one place. You can use it on your computer or phone.
Getting Started
Start by making a new project. Give it a name and pick a color. The color helps you tell projects apart on your calendar or to-do list.
Then, add the tasks you need to finish the project. Each task can have a name, a due date, and notes. When you finish one, mark it complete. The list updates right away.
How It Works
Every task you make also appears on your To-Do List for the day it’s due. This means you can open your to-do list and see all your work, school, and personal tasks together.
The Calendar shows your projects, events, and one-time tasks in color-coded boxes. You can see what’s coming up each week or month at a glance.
If you have something you do often, you can make it a repeatable event. For example, you can set “Team Meeting” for every Monday or “Clean Office” every Friday. It will show up automatically until you turn it off.
